“Tapestry-making requires a progressive, slow and irreversible system of work that allows for the miniscule, patient and intimate meeting of technical and visual solutions…” With this approach, Maximo Laura has presented 68 solo shows in Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay, Brazil, Ecuador, Colombia, Venezuela, Costa Rica, Puerto Rico, United States, Spain, France, Finland, Latvia, Germany, China, and Japan . This exhibit, in the Jane Sandelin Gallery will be a premier event in Virginia.
